● 30-Day Full Refund: Customers are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made within 30 days from the date of the initial purchase.
● 31-60 Days Refund: A 50% refund on the remaining classes is available for refund requests made between 31 and 60 days from the date of the initial purchase.
● No Refund After 60 Days: Refund requests made after 60 days from the date of the initial purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
The customer is not eligible for any refund if they purchase the classes at a premium discounted price.
To initiate a refund, customers are required to reach out to our dedicated customer support team via email at (firstname.lastname@example.org). Refund requests will be diligently reviewed by our team, and upon approval, refunds will be processed within 30 days.
Please note that our team reserves the right to disapprove refund requests if the provided reason is deemed invalid upon verification. Additionally, in the event of a teacher change, our team will ensure the seamless remapping of students to an equally qualified teacher. We understand the importance of a good fit between students and teachers; therefore, we provide a complimentary demo class to students, allowing them to choose their preferred teacher. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a fair and transparent refund process.
Lifetime Student Dashboard:
In the event of a refund, access to the Lifetime Student Dashboard will be suspended.
Collaborative Whiteboard and Sessions:
Refunds will be calculated based on the remaining unused sessions.
